Owego Rotary was proud to partner with Trout Unlimited and the Waterman Center on an exciting project to improve habitat in Owego Creek!
One of our members recently drove around town and collected 14 discarded Christmas trees, helping give them a second life protecting stream banks and supporting native Brook Trout.
Other members are delivering their trees directly to the Waterman Center themselves
Together, we’re turning holiday leftovers into lasting environmental impact.
